After being incarcerated Llewellyn Mental Institution for fifteen years, Lorna Hirste, finally gains her freedom. The courts found her guilty by insanity for killing a young man in a cemetery.
Jenny Price, Lorna's lawyer who works for a legal partnership that helps the unfortunate, has spent two years working toward her release. Lorna served her full time and Jenny, feeling an affinity for the woman, wants to help her on a personal basis after her release from the institution.
The only fly in the ointment is Susan Stark who is a journalist with the Daily Post. Susan hopes to obtained an exclusive from Lorna who the newspaper once nicknamed ‘the Gravekeeper’.
Amid the backdrop of paranormal investigations, and romantic triangles, friendships are born and tested to their limits. When personal dreams and wishes are about to come to fruition will they be able to meet them head on knowing it was worth the cost or will they fall back into that which is familiar.
