My life was going smoothly until that morning.

As a retired hockey star, I could have anything, or any woman, that I wanted. Around this small town I was known as a player, or a life-long bachelor. And, I liked it that way.

Then she showed up. A beautiful woman literally washed up on my beach. She needed help, and I couldn't turn her away.
