That jump often comes at a cost, though. As an Air Force Search and Rescue medic, she is a sworn defender of life and humanity. She never expected so much small arms fire, missiles, or snipers while serving on the Korean Peninsula. Just treating the myriad of victims in remote terrain is daunting enough. But when the time comes to level her aim and fire at a political enemy she wants nothing to do with, will she trade a life to defend democracy?
