Fading Shadows

Edie Wecker returned to her hometown of Shadows Landing after her husband was killed in action. The small town of Shadows Landing had become like family, helping her put the pieces of her life back together. Agreeing to take a trip to Europe was the final piece as she set out to reclaim her life. What Edie didn't count on was meeting someone who made her heart beat again.

 

Tristan Durand is only sent in to do the deadliest of work for his small European country of Millevia, and this time he's told it's the most important assignment of his career. Tristan had a contingency plan for everything, except meeting a beautiful woman at a café that would not only change his entire life but now possibly end it.


Edie thought she'd never see Tristan again after their one-night stand in Europe, only to return from her trip to find him living next to her in Shadows Landing. Now Edie has to face the trauma of her past when Tristan's life is in danger. Tristan might be a trained killer, but Edie will do anything to save the man she loves for their chance at a future together.
