Executioners of Justice, Fire and Nightmares

The city of Meridian is engulfed in flames; however, certain things and people remain unharmed, while others are reduced to ashes. Raziel Emundatio is responsible for this supernatural fire, but when Timeo and his sidekick Kane read his soul, they discover that he is an innocent man. The Divine has a greater reason for allowing this fire to burn, and they must trust this stranger if they wish to uncover a darker threat against the city.
