Evil Island

The name on the map was MacKenzie's Island, but Evil Island was what the local folk called the piece of wooded land with its great mansion and strange history. Here pretty, young Jean MacKenzie grew up after the horrifying death of her parents. Here she now returned, drawn back by ties of blood to this place of mystery and menace.

Terror haunted her two old aunts on the island. Fear or guilt sealed the servants' lips. And as Jean soon learned, the hand of murder was poised to push her into the grave, and not even the man who loved her could come to her aid. Only Jean could unmask the danger that threatened her, and free herself at last from the dark curse that was her legacy.
