At the House of Raymonde, Eve becomes friendly with a real model, Linda Corby, and Linda's boyfriend, Bill Harper, who does publicity for Madame. They encourage Eve to enter one of her designs in a contest being held by Elite Magazine. So does young chemist and color expert Dan Bowen who wants to marry Eve and is willing to wait ... but not forever. Eve's contest entry has an excellent chance of winning.
