Estranged

After fleeing his home and hiding in a Seminary in Dublin, Finbar Walsh feels he is safe, since his family are about to relocate to East London. He is determined to escape being forced to join the firm by his crime boss father. When he has finished his training he is sent to a church in Bermondsey. He's never felt suited to the priesthood, and temptation proves too much for him when he is attracted to a young female parishioner. She tires of him wanting to keep their affair quiet, and her attention strays to another man. She has no idea that he is closely related to Finbar. Soon everything catches up with him, and he is reluctantly pulled back into the lifestyle that he struggled to get away from.
