Eris Renard

A decade after the murderous events at Green Lake, former conservation officer Eris Renard finds his life's direction has changed, not of his own choosing but due to the obsessions and brutal tactics of others. He meets a gravel-voiced finder of missing persons named Winter Slocum and through him a family of Scandinavian women with a traumatized deputy attached to their case. The reclusive Eris soon finds himself caught up in a far ranging rescue that reunites him with a half brother and a mother he planned never to see again. The past complicates the present, and to endure what's being asked of him he'll need to forgive some and open his hands to others.
