Endangered Species Series, Elephants

Elephants are facing extinction through the illegal actions of poaching and/or death through abusive captivity. This is the story told through the eyes of a baby elephant named Ella. Ella desperately wants to change the way humans perceive these emotional, intelligent, and, massive animals of the wild tundra of Africa. They desperately need our help for their survival. Ella tells the true story without back washing the issues that threaten these majestic creatures, their home, and the loving, tender, closeness they share as pack animals. Teachers will be able to incorporate this into their daily curriculum. Their future is the children that will learn how critical it is to help in their survival before they perish forever.
