Elaine and Ai Ola (81,582 words) Elaine had an alternate personality that appeared in her nightly dreams. So what? People dream all the time, but in Elaine's dreams she was an alien from another planet with two suns. She lived in the trees like a monkey and flew a homemade set of wings. Her name was Ai Ola, and when she slept she became a part of Elaine in her world. That was fine until Elaine became involved in a school project to build a set of wings four times the size of the ones that she flew in her dreams.
