Edward Jennings

Edward Jennings, Texas rancher, finds himself caught up in a Civil War he wants nothing to do with. Forced to flee by Confederate irregulars, his journey takes him from the battlefields of the eastern theater of war to turbulent New Mexico Territory, where he intends to start over. The Tularosa Basin is largely unsettled for a reason; only the toughest will attempt to settle this sun-blasted and desiccated wasteland. Edward Jennings is such a man.
