About This Book

The ghost of a little girl appears at the foot of a bed late one night to a young woman, Divinity. Divinity is no stranger to the paranormal: she lives with the ghost of her dead fiancé, unable to break away from guilt over not being able to save him seven years before. Trying to unravel this mystery, Divinity seeks the help of her friend and fellow paranormal investigator, Charlie Duncan; his glamorous, yet mysterious Grandmother Lily; Homicide Detective, Elliot O'Connell; and quirky Professor, Dwain Carstensen, who runs a pawn shop for the dead. The five then converge at the mansion that Charlie has just inherited, and through the powers of the mansion, the team is able to move through time and space and return to the scene of the crime, hoping to right the wrongs and change the fate of the little girl. The team exposes more than they could have imagined, that the little girl was murdered, and even more horrific is who—or what—did it.... As the team tries to bring her murderer to justice and the case to a close, they realize that a darker, more sinister force is at work, and their true fight has only just begun.
