Easy Pickin's

Okie Dunn, a one-time boxer turned law student, seems to be settling in as the Cash County sheriff and is even thinking about finding himself a good woman. But his quiet life is turned upside down when three strangers arrive on the Oklahoma prairie, searching for a young heiress who was given up as a baby.

Two break-ins and an assault on his deputy erupt in their wake, then a body--dropped clear out of the sky--lands in an oat field outside of town. Following a trail of perplexing clues, Okie soon finds himself south of the border in sultry Veracruz, Mexico, where he must face a dangerous enemy.
