SPECULATION ABOUNDS AT THE REILLY INVESTMENT COMPANY .. .

Finance professor Lisa King, on sabbatical at the Reilly Investment Company, is expecting to deal with real-world risks and rates of return. But staggering losses in the derivatives market and a prankster with a portfolio of tricks intervene. Then, on Black Sunday, the firm's owner is found murdered.

When Lisa teams up with a former cop and his take-no-prisoners receptionist, the chase is on. Who killed Reilly? A disgruntled employee or client? A greedy relative? A stand-up comedian with a grudge, or a shoeshine lady with attitude?

With no prospectus for murder, the detective trio must write its own rules before the company (and its employees) are wiped out.
