Thirteen-year-olds Dudley Deusendorf and Jay Walters, like everyone else in the known world, have always tried to avoid the feared and hated bully, Russell Fulmer. But when a prank they conjure up meant to target the neighborhood geezer victimizes Russell instead, twisted fate finds Russell taking the blame. Thus begins a series of questionable projects which, accidentally or otherwise, end up not only in disaster, but continue adding to Russell's growing list of crimes and penalties. Dud and Jay know they're doomed if Russell ever catches up to them. What they don't know is the shocking form their punishment will take.
