Drums Without Warriors

After an absence of ten years, Sam Colter's homecoming to Red Mound, Oklahoma, is tinged by sadness. Many of his childhood friends are gone, and Sam's move to a large spread in Texas had cost him his old sweetheart. And now the discovery of oil on the lands of the Osage Indians has brought death and terror to the area.
