Doctor Darling

Pretty Creena Hall enjoys her work as a secretary-receptionist at Pumula Hospital in South Africa. And for three years she has been happy dating Dennis Tyson, the brilliant young surgeon much in favor with Mrs. Crampton, the rich old lady who owns the hospital. But his constant interest in other girls finally causes a quarrel with Creena, which leads to a car crash in which Dennis is injured. When Dr. Darling arrives to assist as a locum, he and Creena are immediately drawn together. But under pressure from Mrs. Crampton, who wants Dennis to settle down and inherit the hospital, Creena reluctantly agrees to an engagement with Dennis. It takes disaster and the revelation of true character to steer Creena to happiness.
