After being abducted from planet earth, from her hometown of Kentucky, Chloe the farmgirl of only 8 years finds herself in an unfamiliar world. Her abductor: James Mallory, a man of superhuman capacity, who claims he saved her life. All she wants to do is go back to her America. Upon arrival in this 'America', Chloe discovered she has her own super strength and speed. She's untouchable here, but everyone wants her for their own purposes. In this 'America' (a whole world), this alternate universe, children do not exist. Men and women are simply created. They want to study her.
Chloe sets out to find the scientist who created the amphimeter continuum, a machine that makes it possible to cross universes and realities. James warns her there's nothing for her to go back to--her father is dead, he saw it happen himself, but Chloe doesn't believe that. When she finds the scientist, he'll build her the machine and she'll go back to the way things were.
That's the plan. And that's also when all hell breaks loose.
