Colombian exiles living in the United States are being systematically assassinated, thereby raising the stakes in the ongoing war against human rights violations in countries savaged by narco-terrorism and civil war. As the routine slaughter escalates, Mack Bolan targets some of the paramilitary butchers of the corrupt regime.

The battleground stretches from the mean concrete jungles of Bogota to the hills of the surrounding countryside, where local friendlies provide extra firepower.
