Pushing a '40 hot rod Ford to the limit, sensible Freddy, wise guy Rafferty, and the incandescent Neal McCord race over the border to borrow a Canadian flag but run smack into a wicked brooding mass of ugly, stone-faced Mafiosi wanna be’s.
