Devil Water

When Andre returns to New Orleans for a funeral, he finds that things are much more sinister than he remembers. His world has changed since learning about his powers, and the things that stalk the shadows, but he never dreamed the darkness would hit so close to home. Before he knows it he's drowning in family secrets, blood magic, and old grudges. Soon Andre realizes that the gargoyle taint he carries is more deliberate than he could have ever imagined. Someone went to great pains to turn him into a monster--someone who now wants to lay claim to him as a pawn.
