Raina Quinn is content with her life. She works for the family business as a massage therapist, and she stays busy. She's adopting a dog from a bad situation, hopeful of giving her a good home. When she's called in to massage her cousin's new business partner, she is intrigued by him.

Derek Williams is thrilled to be out of school and finally practicing veterinary medicine as he has always dreamed of doing. When he hurts his shoulder moving, his partner calls in a favor from a cousin to help him out, and he immediately wants to get to know the massage therapist better.
