Deciding Factor

The first meeting between staff midwife Nicole Dennington and consultant obstetrician Matthew Fletcher was uncanny. Both thought they had met before, but Nicole was sure they hadn't. So it made her a little uncomfortable when Matthew later voiced that soul-mates were instantly recognisable. What did he mean, when it seemed his only interest in her was because he was conducting research into twins, and he wanted to know about her own experiences with her twin Richard?
