POWELL IS BACK IN A HEART POUNDING STORY THAT WILL LEAVE YOU BREATHLESS. The Americans aren't happy with the changing political climate in Britain. Elements of the CIA and MI6 enter into a conspiracy to help shape the thinking of the British public. Meanwhile ISIS has a plan to bring terror to the streets of Britain.
