Lydia Mason, a Detective-Sergeant of the NYPD, and her friend and partner, Detective Valerie Parkes, win a trip on a luxury cruise, only to have it taken over by terrorists while at sea. They must combine their efforts with an on-board security officer to save the passengers and crew. But when he is gunned down, they are left to their own devices to try to overcome the attackers.
