      About This Book

      This is a story of a family wanting to adopt a little dog, named Bandit. Everyone, that is, except the mother, Mrs. P. Her main complaint is that her two children, Paul and Pamela, and her husband, Mr. P., don't help to take care of the other pets. But when Mrs. P. finds a note to God, from her little girl, she has a change of heart. If the whole family agrees to help with the pet chores, AND they can come up with a new name starting with “P” like their other pets, Popcorn, Polly, and Pretzel, she will agree to let the puppy come to live with them.
