Content as a bee in clover, Amanda drove out to Bill Farley's. His tax papers were in as much of a mess as his farmyard, but she didn't expect to find him face down in his cattle trough. Though no one believed his death was anything but an accident--including Vamoose's infuriating and irresistible police detective Nick Thorn--Amanda knew murder when she meandered across it.

But even as she added Farley's surly son and shop-aholic daughter-in-law to her growing list of suspects, Amanda knew she'd have to act fast to stop a country-bred killer form making one citified sleuth his next victim!
