THE ROAD TO RUIN

Amanda is in the market for a practical new truck, so she heads to Vamoose's only car dealership, Lemon's Used Cars. After some hot and heavy negotiations, Amanda buys proprietor Frank Lemon's own 4x4 in a deal too good to refuse.

Later that night, when Amanda sees her truck flying down the street, she and reconciled fiance Police Chief Nick Thorn race after it. But when the truck veers off the road, and the driver is killed, Thorn is blamed. Knowing she has to save her man's career, Amanda puts the pedal to the metal and uncovers more than a truckful of fraud and a carload of suspects. Digging for clues just where she shouldn't, Amanda soon learns that there's mortal danger in discovery. Because at this dealership, the cars ought to be road tested for murder...
