Murder is not always intentional, but it’s still considered murder. Shane Budrow was out for a good time, doing something he loved, racing his 2017 candy apple red mustang. The countdown was on. The ticker showed red, then yellow, and everything paused. For Shane all background noise ceased; the crowd faded into midnight blackness and his opponent wilted into nothingness.
