When Tag Enderby broke with Dan Malley's outlaw gang, Malley swore to kill him. He put his toughest gunslingers on Tag's trail, but the elusive renegade, armed with two long-barreled "sixes," outdrew them all.

Then Malley made a last desperate play for revenge. He kidnapped Molly Benton, Tag's redheaded sweetheart, and kept her in the hills as tempting bail. For Malley knew that sooner or later Tag himself would come riding for the captive woman.
