Damn Near Perfect

Roy Broz inherits a classic '60' Cadillac convertible, and his luck continues when Hu, a Chinese film producer inivites him to Florida to show the car in a classic car festival. Roy asks along his two retired buddies, Graham and Bender, to come with him on a cross-country drive, all expenses paid by Hu, and the three Viet Nam vets take off. But Graham has PTSD and freaks out in Vegas, and Hu has his own agenda to have a stolen plan for a secret government project transported to Florida in Roy's Cadillac.
