A curbside recycling scam imposed on Washington State residents begins in 1993, and a man and his wife choose to contest the county ordinance initiated in Clark County. The ordinance states that the service is in place and he or she must pay whether or not he or she uses said recycling service. Eddie Gonzalez, the man that was pursuing an end to what he believed was unconstitutional, illegal, and totally against freedom of choice, was killed by the Mob. His wife takes to finding out who killed him—she knew why—and hired a Portland, Oregon-based female private investigator. That led to the PI's lawyer brother taking on a class-action lawsuit against Clark County.
