Cowley's Curse

The dam, lifeblood of the Ferrara Mine, looms over Elk Valley town like a spectre of doom. Bob Harmon knows it is unsafe. He should, safety is his business. And no one will listen. Winter in the Yukon. Bone chilling temperatures. Danger everywhere. Harmon starts to think he just might be wrong until he gets threatened, shot at, run off the road and typecast as the local pariah. So, naturally, he digs in his heels. And who was Cowley, and what was his curse? And why was the old man=s son just watching and waiting? And who stole the dynamite, and why? Tension builds up to the horrifying finale, and Harmon is charged with murder.
