Rosanna Olson was once a police officer. After almost dying at the hands of a madman she is now a teacher, writer and an empath, with the ability to see the dead. Aside from it driving her slightly crazy it helps her solve mysteries. Sometimes it’s helpful. Other times it’s harrowing. The road to recovery has led her to a new life by the ocean on the Texas coast with her husband and son. A call from her childhood friend Lt. Kelly Wood, of the Comanche Nation Police Force, her Cottonwood, brings her back to her home town on the Fort Sill Military base in Lawton, Oklahoma to face her past and solve the mystery of a missing family. As the mystery grows so does the pain as Rosanna faces her fears, her pains, her past and the attraction of the handsome Captain Brady of the Comanche Nation Police Force. Rosanna finds herself drawn into more than just a mystery, but a fight for her sanity and her life.
