Contract Deception

Contract Deception - This is a story set in post conflict Belfast, where organised criminal gangs have taken advantage of the vacuum left by the paramilitary groups, to establish their own territories of crime. In this hostile environment private investigator Danny Quinn struggles to prevent his own life from imploding, and when he agrees to help American, Katie Levy, find her aunt in the city, he unwittingly sets in motion a sequence of events that brings him into direct conflict with one of the most ruthless gangs in the capital. The only resources he can rely on in his battles against them are his unpredictable alcoholic friends, some of who live rough, on the streets of Belfast. Soon he finds himself in a life or death struggle with merciless criminals for his own and his friends very survival.
