Compulsion

I've been watching her. Wanting her. Stalking her. The shy young woman who works at my favorite coffee shop blushes and drops her gaze every time I accidentally brush her fingers with mine.I want to see those aquamarine eyes darken with desire.I want to know how she smells when the scent of coffee doesn't permeate the air.I want to hear her whimper and moan my name. I learned how to hide my sadistic nature behind a charismatic mask a long time ago.As a doctor, I know my own diagnosis.Psychopath. I don't feel empathy.I barely feel anything at all. But with her, my darker cravings hold an obsessive edge.I have to claim her, own her. This base desire makes me feel almost human for the first time in my life. I can't resist this...compulsion. I can't resist her.
