Widowed bronc rider Ryan returns to the ranch of his childhood with his five-year-old daughter in tow. He's been sidelined by an injury, but stirring up memories of his deceased wife brings a different kind of pain.He's riled when his sister-in-law rushes over to inspect Sammie's well-being. But Carrie isn't the little tagalong he remembers, and his attraction to her knocks him sideways.
