Colony - Neander

Guel stared up into the gaping maw of impending death. His ears rang from the blood-curdling roar of the hairy giant, but his body stubbornly refused to move. A deep rumble rose from the massive, fur-covered chest of the beast and echoed through its snarling jaws. Still it had not shifted from it's spot before Guel. The seconds stretched into an eternity as the two faced each other. With infinite slowness, the creature reached down to draw him into a deadly embrace. Colony - Neander traces what happened to the original People that populated the Earth and to their descendants. It takes on questions like why is there such a massive gap between the death of the dinosaurs and the rise of true man? What happened to the People after they landed? Were modern humans present before the Neanderthals? Is there archeological evidence? You'll also find a few other little 'inferences' tossed into the mix for good measure, some fact and some whimsical.
