The media has been circling Detective Jones since he captured the most sadistic killer New York City has ever encountered, “The Cross Killer”. Now he’s tasked with another high profile case and the media is on his heels for information. A body has been found rotting in a ditch by some kids playing ball and every high official in the city are shocked when the identity of the victim is revealed. In his pursuit to find the killer, Jones' finds the case opening a Pandora's Box full of long, forgotten cases that take him and his partner Detective Brown to the only things left for clues, bodies, shootouts, and people in powerful positions.
