COBBETT'S Advice to Young Men

This volume contains the four main books, as well as a full biography, of William Cobbett, one of the most controversial and important political figures of the late 18th and early 19th century in England. He wrote many polemics, on subjects from political reform to religion, but is best known for his book from 1830, Rural Rides, that we present you here as part of this volume. The volume also includes a large biography written by G.K.Chesterton, who was one of Cobbett's many admirers. The books in this anthology are:
