Ordered to take a vacation after nearly being killed in the line of duty, Honolulu-based FBI agent Niera Pascotti joins a cruise of Tahiti, Bora Bora, and other Polynesian islands. Soon, magnetic, alluring Cort Tucker leads her emotions to mutiny against her usual tight control.
