Something strange was going on in Cisco, Colorado -- the townspeople were reporting mysterious aircraft and men in space suits up to no good. Sheriff Willie Callen was determined to get to the bottom of the situation, but there was one problem -- Joe Kelly.

As a newspaper editor, Joe wanted to get the full story. To do that he needed to ask a lot of questions -- even if that annoyed Sheriff Callen. But, Joe didn't want to annoy Willie, he wanted to work with her.

Then the investigation started to get dangerous, and Joe unearthed a story he didn't put in the headlines: the local editor was falling in love with the town sheriff.
