In the centuries after Earth was destroyed by the impact of a mysterious asteroid, the remnants of humanity have built gargantuan Fortifications across the continents to house the survivors as they restore the devastated environment. Yet the asteroid brought with it an even greater threat, one that plagued humans nearly to extinction. As the hard fight for peace finally nears its end, a civil war in the City drives the people apart. Weakened from within, vulnerable to the terrors of the Wasteland outside, and unsure of what fate will bring as the years grind on, the greatest enemy to human survival once more rears its head. Two young engineers, brothers who have only known a divided City, will discover mysteries that have long been hidden from them. Questioning all that they know and leaving all that they love they will set out on an adventure to test the boundaries of their world. They will find more than they could ever have imagined. They will be found by a purpose that will lead them to redemption.
