Ciao, Bella!

Carnevale in Rome sets the scene for young lovers, whose fragile relationships are either gradually blossoming or suddenly breaking apart. Misunderstandings abound between American exchange student, Bella, and her Italian lover, Lorenzo. Their untimely break-up forces each of them into the waiting arms of others, some of whom take advantage of their loneliness and naivete. But love isn't the only thing on the minds of some of Bella and Lorenzo's friends. Amateur espionage and art forgery endanger relationships right and left, and threaten to land the perpetrators in jail. Meanwhile, jealous rage and foolish pride keep our lovers apart, and pave the way for unexpected new attachments. All's fair in love and war....
