Rick Williams has a happy life. He's been married to the same woman for twenty-seven years, has three grown children, three grandchildren and another on the way. He's risen to the top of his police department as a respected detective and everything seems to be going great.

Until his wife dies in a tragic car accident and his entire world turns inside-out.
