Christmas Is Forever

Staff Nurse Poppy Pope had a special affinity with children, and being given the chance to fill in at the popular pediatrics unit at Princes Park Hospital was like a dream come true. Her immediate boss would be the new senior registrar, Dr. Nicholas Fordyce, who was apparently an excellent, caring doctor, and a friendly man.
Unfortunately, Nick was distinctly unfriendly with Poppy! Nick would probably not have come into her social orbit at all, but for her outgoing housemates, but when he finally did once thing led to another. But Poppy sensed Nick was still keeping his distance from her – the question was, why?
