Choice and Consequence

After two years of relative peace, everyone involved in preventing the attack on Washington have attempts made on their lives in a series of sudden and deadly strikes, ranging from the East Coast to the West Coast. McLaren and his team just survive and take steps to deal with the perpetrator, only to discover a more malevolent, global organisation stepping in to the breach. McLaren must draw on his past skills as a black operative, as well as employ new techniques offered by the darker aspects of the world wide web to battle a new enemy. But, a momentary, seemingly insignificant lapse exposes them all to mortal danger.
