Child of Dusk

My name, as I told you is Chessa. I'm 16 years old, and I'm a 300 year old vampire. This is my story. In the pages of this book, I'll relay the chain of events of how this curse befell me. I've struggled to keep a hold on the last vestige of humanity that flows within my veins, while at the same time, learning the full capabilities of my vampire nature. I did make a promise to myself years ago, I'll never again feed on innocent blood. My bloodline derives from a two hundred year old vampire named Arek, and a creature older than the world its self called, Asthamoth... but if I disclose any more information, you may not feel the need to read the book. I'll leave you with this... my story is far from over. I'll relay my other adventures when and if the mood strikes me. You may catch glimpses of me in the Fellowship of the Black Cross Legacy series of books, and if you're lucky enough, sitting beside you in a rural pub or coffee house. I do enjoy human company.
