Wendy's new wedding planning business is starting to take off. She is excited to be planning the wedding for her good friend, Laura Algonquin. The wedding venue is at a beautiful restaurant, El Cielo, and everything is coming together perfectly. But when Wendy stumbles across a dead body at El Cielo the wedding plans are thrown into chaos. All the evidence points to a perfect suspect but Wendy believes that everything is just too neat and tidy and she starts to think that the perfect suspect is not the murderer and goes searching for the real culprit. She enlists the help of her friend, hunky Private Investigator, Brian Alexander. Wendy is trying to juggle the wedding plans, find the real murderer and work out Brian's feelings for her. Will Wendy and Brian discover the truth before Laura's wedding is ruined? Will Wendy's quest for the truth put her life in jeopardy? Is there a romantic connection between Wendy and Brian as Wendy hopes? Or will the beautiful, mysterious, stranger Wendy sees Brian with, ruin their relationship before it even gets off the ground?
